By addressing the physical side of wellness, MAT is the perfect harmony with the menu planning and lifestyle modification methods, MAT helps to identify the correlation between muscle tightness and muscle weakness. Adam then designs training programs with the intent of addressing a person's unique fitness level by tailoring the workouts to correspond to the clients specific muscular imbalances and needs. Clients learn to identify their own needs and build a greater sense of well being by developing what Adam refers to as an "Inner Eye" to facilitate and implement their own physical improvement.
Physical self awareness through learning to use ones inner eye, can greatly assist all individuals of all ages for all activities and athletic pursuits by enhancing a persons ability to make exercise and lifestyle choices which are appropriate to their level and training/health continuum.
